1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by OnProperty Investors LLC, including any business divisions such as Luxis Travel Vault (collectively referred to as “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Vault Credits & Payment Terms

  • Vault Credits are prepaid funds held by the Company on behalf of the user.
  • Vault Credits are non-refundable and do not constitute a bank account or interest-bearing product.
  • Credits are redeemable only for travel and lifestyle services booked through our company or authorized partners.
  • Vault balances cannot be transferred, gifted, or cashed out under any circumstances.

3. Virtual Card Use

  • When travel is booked, a virtual payment card may be issued in your name for use by our internal booking team.
  • You will not have access to this card, but all receipts and confirmations will be shared with you.
  • The card will only be used to fulfill services you have paid for and authorized.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate personal information for travel-related bookings
  • Agree to our Privacy Policy and all terms herein

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Vault Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • If a service is canceled by the travel provider, credits may be reissued based on the provider’s policy.
  • The Company is not liable for vendor cancellations, delays, or changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnProperty Investors is not responsible for:

  • Acts of God, government restrictions, or force majeure
  • Losses due to travel restrictions or third-party errors
  • Visa denials, missed flights, or delays beyond our control

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user to the Company for the service in question.

7. Privacy & Data

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Sensitive information such as SSNs, if required, is never stored by us but is submitted securely to third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) for verification.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
